Our baked goods are prepared in a facility that may handle ingredients including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, almonds, and other tree nuts.

While our recipes are keto-friendly and made without added sugar or gluten-containing grains, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

How should I store your baked goods?

Keep muffins, cookies, and cakes refrigerated for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Bread should go in the fridge immediately upon arrival, or in the freezer for longer storage.

How are the products packaged? Are your materials food-safe?
Each product is individually sealed in a BPA-free container to preserve freshness and food safety.

Our cookies receive extra care — each one is first wrapped in food-safe parchment paper, then protected with bubble rolls to prevent breakage during transit.

Al items are arranged in a decorated white box, cushioned with AirPlus protective packaging, and shipped inside a sturdy outer box for maximum protection and presentation.

We use only food-grade, BPA-free materials, and hand-pack each order with great attention to freshness, cleanliness, and care.

When will my order ship and how long does it take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
During holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your order total after discounts and before tax:
• Orders under $50 → $6.99
• $50–$98.99 → $10.99
• $99 and up → FREE shipping 🎁

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes – once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

What if I’m not home when the package arrives?
Our baked goods are perishable. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package.
We cannot take responsibility for spoilage due to delays in pickup or incorrect delivery instructions.

Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes! You can ship your order directly to someone else, and even include a personalized gift card.
Just enter their shipping address and select a card during checkout — we’ll take care of the rest.
We offer a variety of beautifully designed cards for birthdays, anniversaries, and general occasions.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since we bake fresh and pack quickly, we are usually unable to change or cancel orders after they are placed.

All of our baked goods are prepared in Claudia’s Heavenly Flans & Cakes — a premium-quality licensed bakery located in Clearwater, Florida.
Each order is freshly baked, carefully packaged, and shipped directly from the bakery to your doorstep.
