*Sales Tax Policy*

Heavenly Keto Dessert LLC is based in Florida and is currently only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Florida. 

No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to other U.S. states, unless and until we establish a tax nexus in those states, as defined by their respective laws.

Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their own state, if required.
