We want you to love every bite!

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@heavenlyketodessert.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping delays due to weather or courier issues are out of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order – we cannot refund orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
